Charlotte Diaz is a creative leader, community advocate, and entrepreneur dedicated to building spaces where art, connection, and self-expression thrive. As co-owner and Creative Director of Euphoric Ink Studio and Euphoric Expressions, she has helped grow the Euphoric brand into a respected, community-centered business known for creativity, inclusivity, and innovation.

In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Charlotte serves Hernando County Schools, where she works within Student Services supporting prevention, intervention, student wellness, and community engagement initiatives. With a strong background in social work and advocacy, she is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping individuals feel supported, empowered, and seen.

Charlotte also proudly serves on the United Way of Hernando County Board, where she collaborates with community leaders and organizations to strengthen resources and opportunities for local families throughout Hernando County.

Her passion for leadership and service extends into youth mentorship and cultural advocacy through her involvement with Hernando Hispanic Heritage (HHH), where she helps create programs and events that celebrate culture, leadership, and community empowerment.

Specializing in marketing, branding, event coordination, and community outreach, Charlotte brings creativity and purpose into every project she leads. Whether organizing community events, supporting local artists, mentoring youth, or helping grow family businesses, her mission remains the same: to inspire others, create opportunities, and leave a lasting positive impact on the community.
